FICUS was founded in Shanghai, China in 2016. Stemming from a passion for classic garments from both the East and the West, we are dedicated to creating timeless works that portray a unique aesthetic merging Eastern philosophy.
Atelier 021, our own workshop founded in 2009, not only inherits the craftsmanship of Shanghai's traditional 'Red Gang' tailoring for decades but also embraces modern sartorial concepts. Our handcrafted garments and the Shanghai Collection are our response to mass-produced fashion goods, interpreting the warmth of delicate handcrafted details and the beauty of balance.
