Shipping and Delivery
We endeavour to dispatch all merchandise ordered within 5 business days after the order has been placed and accepted by us. You will be given an indication of the estimated delivery time when you receive an email to confirm the merchandise has been dispatched to you. The FICUS Shanghai team will try our best to meet the estimated delivery but cannot guarantee that such an estimate can be met.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred from purchasing goods internationally. Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from the shipping company. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.
As per international laws regulating commerce and trade of imports and exports, all orders shipped out of the United States include an official invoice declaring the value of merchandise purchased in US Dollars.
Returns and Exchanges
Merchandise may be exchanged* once (subject to stock availability) or returned within 7 days from receiving your order** provided that:

all tags, certificates, warranties, care instructions, product labelling, authenticity cards, extra buttons, hangers, dust bags and boxes are intact and returned together with the merchandise;

the product must be in pristine, unaltered and resealable condition until it reaches us;

the original invoice is presented;

a completed returns form is presented.
*We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges on made-to-order (MTO), Prime made-to-measure (MTM), bespoke, or undergarments. Upon receiving your order, we will promptly organize the necessary materials and workforce to commence the creation of your garment.
**FICUS Shanghai will NOT accept returns or exchanges outside 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
Customers will take full responsibility for the returns sent by international courier with tracked shipment. Return shipping costs shall be paid by customers or deducted from the final refund value if necessary. FICUS Shanghai reserves the right to refuse returns that are not made via tracked shipment.

Exchanges
Unless as otherwise set out under the applicable laws and regulations, customers are permitted to exchange merchandise once for a different size based on stock availability.
Customers will take full responsibility for the exchanges to send with international courier with tracked shipment. Return shipping cost shall be paid by customers. Upon the returned item is received and approved by FICUS Shanghai, the replaced item will be sent by FICUS Shanghai with full responsibility.
FICUS Shanghai reserves the right to refuse returns that are not made via tracked shipment.
Refunds
At FICUS Shanghai’s sole discretion, the original purchase amount will be credited to the PayPal or credit card used by the customer for the purchase of the merchandise for all refunds.
Initial shipping will not be refunded unless the merchandise is defective in which case a full refund will be made subject to inspection and compliance with the policy under “Return of Defective Merchandise” below.
Return of Defective Merchandise
Customers should contact FICUS Shanghai immediately with respect to any defective merchandise by contacting the Customer Care team at info@ficusshanghai.com. Initial shipping on the defective merchandise will not be charged. FICUS Shanghai reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective merchandise before authorising a return.
